P90X ( week 1 )
Leigh and I just finished our first week of P90X. The last time I was serious about P90 was back in August of 2007. I lost over 22 lbs in 13 weeks ( 194 to 172 lbs). Most of it was in the gut area and I have pictures to prove it. Don’t ask.
This time I started at 183.5 pounds and I’m hoping to finish at 170. We’re doing it 6 days a week with a random day off. I’ll keep a weekly update right here. See you next Sunday.

Car stereo
Just spent the last few hours installing a car stereo in Justin’s Honda. Those chinese installation instructions are horrible. Last week I spent a few hours just getting those power and audio cables from the front of the car to the trunk. The guys that do this for a living earn every penny they get.
Tomorrow I’ll power up the amp and connect the sub. Now I’m taking Leigh out for a hot dinner date.
